The apartment is on the second floor and features a living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with a single bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, board games, a baby cot, and a high chair. Outside, a furnished balcony invites you to start your day with a delicious breakfast, while comfortable sun loungers offer relaxation in the fresh air. The nearest supermarket is 350 m away, and a selection of restaurants and cafés can be found within 400 m. The apartment is close to the S-Bahn station for the S8 airport line (about 15 minutes to the city center). The station is a 5–8 minute walk. By car, you can reach the Munich Trade Fair in about 8 minutes or the city center in 15–20 minutes. The 50 m² apartment consists of a large living room with a single bed that can be used as a couch during the day, a well-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful Art Nouveau bedroom, another bed in the hallway in a cozy niche, as well as a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a cot, board games, children's books, and a high chair. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace with views of fields and meadows. You can relax on sun loungers and in the dining area and enjoy communal meals. There are many other lakes within a 10-minute drive, and Lake Chiemsee is also nearby.
